Sewer capacity crisis may flush growth plans in Calgary's northwest

A main sewer pipe in Calgary's northwest has reached capacity, and a replacement cannot be built until 2017. This has led to a possible 4-year halt on development projects in the northwest quadrant of the city. As this Calgary Herald article explains, city staff are investigating their options.
