The Agri-Environmental Management branch of Alberta Agriculture and Food teamed up with the Research Branch of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada to produce the Alberta Soil Information Viewer, updated in January 2013. Using sophisticated GIS mapping and data functions, the interactive map provides soil data for agricultural areas in the province of Alberta.
