At the WPAC Summit in Milk River, Sept. 26, Gerard Aldridge, Executive Director, identified the RDR Watershed Alliance's work towards the integrated watershed management plan and the draft surface water quality report as key successes in 2012. Staff rebuilding is a challenge. Outreach has ramped up ranging from the Watershed Ambassador breakfasts (that has recognized 70 key people from partner watershed stewardship groups) to the school Grades 5 and 8 courses and the "Caring for our Watersheds" contest.
