At the 14th North American Caribou Workshop held in September 2012, Martin Leclerc presented results from research of 38 collared female caribou in Quebec. The research looked at the way caribou use habitat that has been disturbed by forestry activities. In particular, the way the females selected calving sites and resulting calf survival.
