Dianne Wyntjes outlines the Red Deer River Watershed Alliance's process for watershed planning. The RDRWA has taken a different tack on some of the usual processes in developing a watershed plan. In particular, their use of Technical Teams and technical team members and meetings have helped the RDRWA tackle some technically challenging water issues and communicate good science to their stakeholders.
