With oilsands development a primary industrial development on the Athabasca, she covers the details of that assessment and what is next for the Athabasca Watershed Council. At the end of her presentation, Dr. Simmons clarifies the relationship between the Watershed Planning Advisory Councils and the Land-use Framework regional planning process.
