Using the ALCES tool to simulate the effects of major land use on the North Saskatchewan watershed, this report presents an assessment of the cumulative effects of development (and potential development scenarios) on the watershed. By using the cumulative effects simulation, areas for potential concern can be identified, and mitigation strategies suggested.
