The North Saskatchewan Watershed Alliance has released a discussion paper regarding the Vermilion River watershed, after three years of development. The paper includes specific goals, strategies and actions for the managedment of the Vermilion River watershed. The NSWA is interested in creating integrated management plans that consider land and water management, as a means of achieving the goals of the province's Water for Life strategy.
