Shannon Frank, executive director at Oldman Watershed Council, talks about the 11 watershed and advisory councils in Alberta. She focuses her discussion on the Oldman Watershed Councils’ work along the eastern slopes, and the education project that focuses on building relationships with Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) users and campers.
