Calling all citizen scientists! BioBlitz in southwestern Alberta July 15-16

Come celebrate Alberta Parks Day with researchers and scientists for an
interactive weekend for the whole family!oin us for this free outreach event – it’s a great way to learn about the ecosystem of the Canadian Rockies and spend time enjoying the summer with friends and family!

Activities will take place at the University of Lethbridge’s Westcastle Field Station - 1.5 hours west of Lethbridge, just south of Castle Mountain Ski Resort.

Organizers remind all participants to make sure they dress for the weather. Bring along sunscreen, insect repellent, a water bottle, proper hiking footwear, and a lunch, as there are no food vendors on-site.
