Community engagement in a federal study of the Ottawa River watershed with Marina Steffensen and Oliver Dumville Thursday, March 8 at 12:00 p.m. (EST) Marina and Oliver will discuss a federal watershed study of the Ottawa River watershed and its unique process of engagement, the scope of which includes a map-based digital platform, consultations with Indigenous communities, and broad engagement of other diverse groups. The study is examining the natural, cultural, heritage and economic values associated with the watershed, important indicators for assessing the health of the watershed and the potential creation of a watershed council.
