Registration Information:
The full RemTech 2019 symposium fee includes:
- all three days of symposium sessions
- symposium proceedings
- Welcoming Reception
- Artworks Reception
- two breakfasts
- two plated luncheons
- one casual luncheon
Early Bird Registration: Early bird discount rate is a savings of 15% off the full-rate. Rates will increase to the full price on June 1st, 2019. Name changes and transfers are allowed. No cancellations and refunds after September 1st, 2019.
Payments: If you are registered before September 1st, registration fees must be paid by September 1st, 2019. Registrations received after the payment date must pay via credit card at the time of registering. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and must be paid in Canadian dollars.
Cancellations: For full price delegate fees, notice must be in writing and received by September 1, 2019. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2019. Registrations cancelled prior to September 1st, 2019 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. ESAA is not liable for any expenses incurred by the registrant other than to refund the registration fee.
