Alberta needs to strengthen program to deal with dormant oil wells: critics

With more than 20,000 dormant oil wells across the provice, the Alberta program regulating how companies deal with these wells should be improved, say critics. The Alberta Energy Regulator's program is intended to deal with all the wells over a 5-year period - and is on track for this year's goal.
