Oil leaking from the ground in north-eastern Alberta continues, with industry and government scientists unsure about the cause - or the solution. As reported here on CBC News, the leaks are essentially cracks in the ground through which bitumen is seeping. Canadian National Resource Limited and Alberta Environment & Sustainable Resource Development personnel continue to investigate.
