The Alberta Energy Efficiency Alliance has submitted a report to the Alberta Government listing ways that the province could improve energy efficiency. the AEEA is a group made up of the cities of Edmonton & Calgary, Suncor Energy, Atco Gas, the Pembina Institute, the Canada Green Building Council and other members. As this Global News story states, some of the ideas included in the report are financial incentives for businesses or individuals to become more energy efficient as well as raising awareness of ways to increase energy efficiency.
