"The Government of Alberta is currently developing a Draft Bow River Access Plan. The draft plan will identify key river access points for public use; reduce site impacts; improve recreation, tourism and educational opportunities; reduce user conflict and improve public safety while ensuring a sustainable fishery. Continuing on downstream from where the City of Calgary River Access Strategy ends, the draft Bow River Access Plan focuses on the main stem reach of the Bow River from Fish Creek Provincial Park to Wyndham-Carseland Provincial Park.
