Calgary frustrated by slow progress on regional land-use plan

Members of the Calgary Regional Partnership have yet to ratify the 2009 Calgary Metropolitan Plan, although new changes proposed through a mediation process are now up for vote. The CRP has encountered significant difficulties throughout its existence, with several large counties stepping away from the group several years ago.
