The City of Edmonton will move ahead with the controversial Horse Hill Area Structure Plan (ASP) after several days of discussion and public input. As explained in this Edmonton Journal article, Edmonton City Council heard speakers both for and against the ASP, but did not support a motion to return the ASP to City Administration for further work.
