The hamlet of Villeneuve is back to the drawing board today after their proposed development plan was rejected by the Capital Region Board last month. According to this Edmonton Journal article, the hamlet prepared a plan to build their residential capcity, in an effort to help offset costs for developing their airport. The plan was rejected by the CRB because it didn't meet the density guidelines established by the region.
