Flood control: City's drainage staff mapping areas most at risk for the next big one

The City of Edmonton is working on research to identify neighbourhoods and homes that will be most vulnerable to flooding in future major storms. As explained in this Edmonton Journal article, the research is part of the planning process for sewer system upgrades.
