Grizzly bear deaths nearly double in a year

More grizzly bears have died in Alberta this year than last year - nearly double the 2012 total.  As this Edmonton Journal article explains, Alberta Environment & Sustainable Resource Development has tracked 29 grizzly bear deaths so far in 2013, compared to 15 in total in 2012. Causes of these deaths have not yet been released, but it is presumed that many of them will be human-caused.
