Landowners and lawyers are expressing serious concerns about proposed single-regulator legislation introduced by the Alberta Government. As explained in this Calgary Herald article, Energy Minister Ken Hughes is going on a speaking tour to try to improve public understanding of the bill. Some groups opposed to the legislation, however, indicate that the bill is so flawed that it requires a complete overhaul.
