The majority of Albertans support continued hydraulic fracturing in the province, according to new research from the University of Lethbridge. As explained in this Calgary Herald article, a survey was conducted to gauge public awareness and acceptance of hydraulic Fracturing in Alberta. Approximately 59% of respondents indicated that they were supportive of the practice.
