New CAPP guidelines to monitor, respond to earthquakes cased by fracking

The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) has released guidelines to help companies monitor and respond to any earthquakes caused by hydraulic fracturing. As explained by this Calgary Herald article, the guidelines recommend that member companies consult existing data and other operators for specific information for each drilling site, and place their wells accordingly.
