Old Alberta wells that fail standards raise fears; critics seek tougher rules

Dormant oil wells in Alberta should be meeting minimum safety standards within five years, due to a new program from the Alberta Energy Regulator. However, critics suggest that the volume of wells that don't meet the minimum standards - up to 37,000 - is a problem.
