At the June 2013 Annual General Meeting of the North Saskatchewan Watershed Alliance, Bill Shaw delivered a talk about the way watershed management plans are implemented in Alberta through municipal development plans and bylaws. While watershed management plans play a role in municipal plan development, there are other factors at work as well.
