WastAway technology will turn garbage into fuel in Drayton Valley

A new project based in Drayton Valley is aiming to convert solid waste into energy, according to this Edmonton Journal article.. The project uses technology from WastAway, a US-based company, to convert garbage into fuel pellets. In order to make the project economically feasible, Drayton Valley is reaching out to other communities to have additional waste trucked to their landfill.
