The Program on Water Issues (POWI) is part of the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto. Their 2013 conference entitled Underground Intelligence: The need to map, monitor and manage Canada's groundwater resources in an era of drought and climate change took place June 25th. Keynote speaker Ed Struzik presented his discussion paper of the same title.
