Video - Preliminary Study: Forest soil development following industrial disturbances, NW Alberta. Presentation by Amanda Schoonmaker

Amanada Schoonmaker, NAIT Boreal Research Institute, introduces a preliminary case study on ripping trials on logged landing sites and wellsite reclamation sites in NW Alberta. Soil compaction is an issue for reclamation success for both types of industrial sites. The NAIT Boreal Research Institute has some initial results on their trial study.

Amanda Schoonmaker is the Reclamation Field Research Coordinator with the NAIT Boreal Research Institute, Peace River, Alberta. Her presentation was at the 50th Alberta Soil Science Workshop.
