At the Food Secure Canada Assembly, Nov. 2012, Dustin Bajer talked about the importance of connections through teaching permaculture. Bajer, a teacher at Jasper Place High School in Edmonton, showed what permaculture looks like as a high school course. As a way to teach biology, ecology and hands-on gardening, Dustin created a demonstration plot at Jasper Place HS.
