Video - Bill Reynolds: What's impacting the local food opportunity?

Bill Reynolds has been one of the early and continuing advocates of local food in Alberta. Bill has worked behind the scenes in initiatives such as Agri-Tourism, culinary tourism, market channel access and Explore Local. Bill Reynolds describes what is emerging as consumers bring a new ethos to what food means to them and their community. Once you understand what is happening, as a farmer, community activist, politician, urban planner, public health advocate or investor, you know why local food is important.
