Harry Harker, planning consultant at 1st Principles Planning, uses his own work experiences to talk about the importance of communication, cooperation and other soft skills for successful inter-municipal relationships and projects.
Through specific real-life examples from British Columbia and Alberta, he discusses successful public engagement projects, as well as the importance of continued engagement with project stakeholders to ensure successful completion of major municipal planning projects.
