In February and March 2013, Alberta Environment & Sustainable Resource Development held a series of Water Conversations across Alberta. The comments and themes resulting from these community meetings have been posted online, and can be found here.
Each of the Water Conversations used the following themes:

- Hydraulic fracturing
- Water management
