Lower Athabasca water quality monitoring plan: Phase one - Athabasca River mainstream and major tributaries

Environment Canada, in collaboration with the Government of Alberta, has developed a plan for ongoing  monitoring of the lower Athabasca River. This plan is a step towards a integrated monitoring program for air, water and biodiversity in the oilsands region.
