The North Saskatchewan Watershed Alliance (NSWA) has developed a bulletin for use by the oil & gas industry concerning water use in Alberta. Content includes a description of how water is regulated in Alberta, the types of authorization allowed under the Water Act, and what actions are required to receive authorization.
