Alberta Environment and Parks has released guidelines for wellsite reclamation on peatlands (October 2015). Prior versions of wellsite reclamation criteria documents did not include recommendations for peatlands as there wasn't sufficient research. Recent work now allows AEP to include criteria for reclamation in peatlands.
