Status of the woodland caribou (Rangifer tarandus caribou) in Alberta: Update 2010

Prepared for Alberta Sustainable Resources Development and the Alberta Conservation Association, this report provides an update on the status of woodland caribou in Alberta as of 2010. The woodland caribou is a designated 'threatened' species in the province of Alberta. The report concludes that caribou ranges are decreasing in size throughout the province, primarily as a result of industrial activities.
