In the second part of his talk, Chris Dulaba describes why infill development is not that hard. From an experienced infill developer, he provides a list of key things to do to get infill developments through the approval process.
Some obvious but commonly missed principles are covered. For example, not everybody will support your project (revisit concepts of consensus). However, the community where the project is located is the ultimate end-user and customer of the infill development. So focus on community support early.
