Chris Dulaba, Principal with Callidus Development Management, answers questions about due diligence on infill sites, what municipalities have to offer to encourage infill development (brownfield grants are very helpful), and why there is not more infill developers looking at smaller developments in urban areas.
Chris Dulaba's has worked with Bel-Jan Development in getting two infill developments recently approved in the City of Edmonton.
