In the last part of his presentation, Chris Dulaba describes the due diligence, community consultation and approval process for two infill projects he was involved with in Edmonton, Alberta.
The Crawford Block in the Old Strathcona district of Edmonton and the St, Claire project in the Forest Heights neighbourhood both received approval in 6 months or less. Both have different concepts and paths to approval. There are no templates to infill developments.
