Jae Ogilvie is the primary developer of the University of New Brunswick's wet area mapping model. He is also a lecturer and part-time graduate student with the Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Management, UNB.
Jae Ogilvie describes the series of projects that have resulted in the largest wet area mapping dataset in Canada. He discusses the challenges that have come from mapping in Alberta's different terrain and vegetation. He finishes this section of his lecture on a technical review of Alberta's Wet Areas Mapping datasets by describing the next stages of the wet area mapping projects.
