Jae Ogilvie is the primary developer of the University of New Brunswick's wet area mapping model. He is also a lecturer and part-time graduate student with the Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Management, UNB.
Jae Ogilvie provides a technical review of Alberta's Wet Areas Mapping datasets. He begins this series of videos with a primer on LiDAR and illustrates the use of wet areas mapping at the EMEND project (Ecosystem Management Emulating Natural Disturbance, University of Alberta) located 90 km north west of Peace River, in the Clear Hills Upland.
