Greg Sim, lawyer with Field Law identifies and discusses the major legal risks faced by professionals such as P. Ags and R.T. Ags. He discusses strategies that professionals can implement themselves to minimize and manage these risks. Highlighted are the value of continuing competence and practice review initiatives such as those provided by the Alberta Institute of Agrologists and how they allow professionals to ensure they can mount the best possible defence to any allegations of civil liability or unprofessional conduct.
