Drs. Anne Naeth & Vic Adamowicz present "Land and People: An Outlook of Opportunity or Inevitable Decline". Each year AIA commissions a Green Paper to be authored at arms length by peer recognized experts. This year's theme is "Land and People". In Part 1, Dr. Naeth and Adamowicz introduce how land has shaped humans and how we are now shaping land, particularly in the Alberta context.
Dr. Anne Naeth and Dr Vic Adamowicz are professors and researchers in the Department of Renewable Resources, Faculty of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences, University of Alberta.
