In March 2013 the Blue Economy Initiative hosted a panel discussion related to the topic of how Canada could become a global water solutions leader. To stimulate discussion, a report was created and distributed prior to the event. Afterwards, insights from the panel discussions were added to the report, resulting in this final version: Canada as the Water Solutions Country: Defining the Opportunities.
